Brix restaurant held a spring fling party last night (May 17th, 2007) and the service and food were impressive. The addition of mirrors and chandeliers gave the dining room a romantic feeling. The food was delicious as I was able to navigate through the appetizers that were offered, as the chef discussed the menu as it related to my special diet before the event began. My two favourites were the mini hamburgers and the scallops. I will be back to try the dinner menu. - Kevin Freeman
