Under new ownership, Liliana's
Meal features an expanded menu which includes fancy
pasta dishes (such as seafood penne, chicken pesto, and
prawns casino). The reasonably priced pasta dishes (all
under $10) are served with hot toasted garlic bread. Other
dishes include sandwiches, lasagna, chicken teriyaki, and their famous home-made cheesecakes.
Liliana's Meal is located in
the Parkcrest Plaza which is located on Broadway street, one
block north-east of the Holdom Skytrain station in Burnaby.
The restaurant is small and
resembles a cafe, but renovations have been made by the new
owners to make it cozy, tidy, and inviting.

The pastas
are deliciously prepared in a home-style way, and can
be garnished with parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
If you have a special
dietary need, be sure to inform your server.

The
cheesecakes at Liliana's Meal are all home-made. My New York cheesecake was very similar to one I had on a visit to New York City.
