7 Spiced Ahi Sashimi Salad

7 Spiced Ahi Tuna Sashimi Salad
orange segments, red onion, shiso leaves, gingered soya
5 oz Ahi Tuna Center Cut Fillet
1 tsp Fennel Seeds (cracked)
1 tsp Coriander Seeds (cracked)
1/4tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Chili Flakes
1 Orange
3 thinly sliced Red Onion
2 Shiso Leaves ( rough chop )
1 clove Garlic
1 large piece Ginger
25 ml Vegetable Oil
1 tblsp Soya Sauce

Instructions:
- combine all the spices together in a bowl
- gently push each side of the tuna into the spice mixture
- sear in a hot pan with olive oil till outside is seared (approx. 20 sec each side)
- peel the orange and segment
- gently toss together the orange segments, red onion and shiso leaves
- season to taste with salt and black pepper
- place garlic, ginger, veg. oil and soya sauce in a blender and blend on high till smooth
