Ahi Tuna Tartar

consult with your medical team before you attempt to make this recipe.

3oz Diced Ahi Tuna (sashimi grade)
1oz Diced Shitake mushroom
1 tbl minced green onion
1 tsp minced cilantro
1 tsp minced pickled ginger
2 tbl sweet soy sauce
1 tbl light soy sauce
1 tsp garlic chili sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
For Garnish
1 tsp wasabi tobiko
2 Shrimp chips
1tsp toasted sesame

Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together season with salt and pepper. Serve chilled and garnish with shrimp chip wasabi tobiko.
