Sassy Sesame Spaghetti Squash Stir Fry

Sassy Sesame Spaghetti Squash Stir Fry
2 c. hot cooked spaghetti squash
2 carrots, cut into julienne strips
1 med. red bell pepper cut into strips
1 med. green bell pepper cut into strips
1 med. zucchini,
cut into julienne strips
1 cup broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 med. onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 green onion, chopped
3/4 c. bottle Simply West Coast Sassy Sesame Sauce

Instructions
- Chop green onion and set aside for garnish
- In a large fry pan, heat olive oil over medium heat
- Stir fry bell peppers, onion and garlic for 2+ minutes depending on preference
- Add broccoli, zucchini, and carrot. Stir fry 3 minutes or until softened
- Add spaghetti squash to vegetables; toss with 3/4 cup Simply West Coast Sassy Sesame sauce
- Sprinkle with green onion and serve
