Wild B.C. Salmon with Honey Pepper Glaze on organic Basmatirice
salmon 140 grams
Honey pepper sauce (Yield Approx ¾ Litre)
125 mls. Honey
125 mls. Soy Sauce, light.
1/4 cup Golden Sugar
250 mls. Pineapple Juice
60 mls. Lemon Juice
30 mls. Vinegar
10 mls. Olive Oil
1 ½ gr. Black Pepper, ground
¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Fresh Garlic, minced.
1 cup Fresh red, green and yellow Peppers, julienne (blanched)30 grams
Fresh green onions, sliced
½ cup of water and 3 tbsp. starch
Organic Brown Basmati Rice (LUNDBERG)
Note: Water to Organic Brown Basmati Rice Ratio, 1 part Rice to 1.75 parts of water
