Opus 97
45ml of Grey Goose l’orange,
15ml of Alize gold
30 ml of blood orange puree
30ml of passion fruit puree.

Instructions
- All ingredients are combined ina shaker with ice shaken and then strained into a martini glass
- We garnish with a cape gooseberry
