Modest Miso Soba Salad

Modest Miso Soba Salad
8 ounces soba noodles
1/4 cup Simply West Coast™ Modest Miso Vinaigrette
2 carrots, shredded
1 bunch bok choy lettuce, chopped coarsely
2 green onions, chopped
1 - 2 sheets dried seaweed, sliced
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
- 1. Cook noodles according to directions on package. Rinse under cold water, drain, and place in a bowl.
- 2. Mix soba noodles with carrots, bok choy,green onions, seaweed, sesame seeds, and Modest Miso Vinaigrette. Serve chilled.
