Fettuccini with Coconut Cream Sauce

Fettuccini with Coconut Cream Sauce. For 4 people.
400 gr. Fettuccini (penne or pasta of your choice)
Small flowerets of broccoli
Garlic flavoured butter
Simply West Coast Coconut Cream Sauce
Finely chopped parsley
Freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Sautee crab meat, shrimp and small flowerets of broccoli in garlic flavoured butter.
- In a separate pot, warm the coconut cream sauce.
- Cook your fettuccini or pasta of your choice.
- Mix well cooked fettuccini with sauce and sauteed crab meat, shrimp and small flowerets of broccoli in garlic flavoured butter.
- Garnish with finely chopped parsley and sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese.
