The Satin Doll Cocktail
1oz Gin
1oz Gifffard Grapefruit Liqueur
2-3 Dash Fee brothers orange bitters
1oz Egg white

Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice
- Shake hard and strain into a chilled martini glass.
All the flavors combine to make a soft and subtle drink. The egg white adds
a beautiful texture to the cocktail. The nose is all grapefruit, but the
taste is very balanced betweet citrus and juniper. The color is a mild rose.
