Guacamole

Guacamole Serves 4
Alterations should be made to fit with your dietary needs. Please
consult with your medical team before you attempt to make this recipe.

1 lime, juiced
1-2 tsp. salt
2 ripe avocados, diced
1/4 white onion, minced
2 ripe tomatoes, diced
1/4 bunch cilantro
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and fine diced

Instructions:
- in a non-reactive (stainless steel or glass) mixing bowl combine lime juice and salt
- add diced avocado, white onion and jalapeno
- mix in diced tomatoes
- mix in cilantro and jalapeno to taste
- check seasoning and citrus level
