Q. Do restaurants allow
you to take photos of their food?
A. Generally, when a photo
is taken inside a restaurant, the intention is to promote
that restaurant in a positive way. However, if a
restaurant feels that they do not wish photos of their
food to be presented on this website, we will remove the
photo on request. Note that we have full discretion over
the text portion of the restaurant review.
Q. Why do you show
photos of the food?
A. Many people devote their
lives to the art of food photography. Although Food
Vancouver is a professional web site, our intention is not
to give an artistic view of restaurant food. We simply
wish to give the reader some impression of how the food
may look. Many restaurants do vary the appearance of their
food from day to day.
