Sun Peaks Wine & Culture Festival Shows Early Signs of Success

Sun Peaks, BC - With three days until Sun Peaks’ 5th Annual Wine & Culture Festival, tickets for the popular Saturday event, Sunburst BBQ & Mid-Mountain Trio Serenade, have sold out. Ticket sales for the remaining three events continue to be strong and are early signals of another successful festival as Sun Peaks continues to define itself as a signature British Columbia destination for wine and culture lovers from across the region.

Adding to the excitement, this year’s festival is taking place during the Free Outdoor Concert event featuring Kevin Costner and Modern West. Wine & Culture Festival events are the perfect addition to the concert for an amazing summer getaway experience.

Guests will savour the perfect pairing of orchestral music and wine with Sun Peaks summer alpine ambiance during Friday night’s Symphony of Flavours. This event continues to be a favourite among locals and guests. Advance ticket purchase is highly recommended to ensure a spot.

The Sunday lunch event, Sunburst BBQ & Mid-Mountain Trio Serenade, still has tickets available. Guests take the Sunburst Express Chairlift to a mid-mountain patio to enjoy the fresh flavours of Citrus Grilled Salmon while listening to the mesmerizing melodies created by a trio of members from the Kamloops Symphony Orchestra Chamber Musicians.

New this year is the addition of “PAINT OUT” workshop with local artist Debbie Milner. This two day workshop adds yet another note of flavour in the harmony of the festival.
