COAST Restaurant
Soak up the Vancouver sun by dining al fresco on COAST’s summery patio during its wink to Tuscan-flair. Fresh seafood is the star of this menu, from poached Tiger Prawns drizzled with fried eggplant caviar to decadent Lobster and three-cheese Garganelli. Complete your meal with a taste of Vanilla Gnocchi and fresh fruit.

Sanafir Restaurant & Lounge
With its sultry, candle-lit atmosphere, Sanafir Restaurant & Lounge is the ideal location to bring a taste of Morocco to the table. The ‘City of Casablanca’ menu offers guests a hearty Chickpea and Lentil Soup to start, the satisfying ‘Casablanca Trio’ entree features Black Cod, Tagine of Lamb, and roasted Duck Breast. For dessert, refresh your palette with the North African Fruit Salad, drizzled with Mountain Honey and Orange Blossom Water. Italian Kitchen
Italian Kitchen is showcasing Molise, in Southern Italy, with a menu featuring Polenta, Swordfish and Veal. The main attractions, combined (respectively) with Italian staples like Borlotti beans, Peperonata and Pancetta Braised Potatoes, are transformed into tantalizing dishes. Try the delicate Caramel Crepes with Pistachio Gelato for dessert.

Trattoria Kitchen
Trattoria is making it easy for guests to solve their dining dilemmas throughout the month of May by offering a deluxe three-course meal for only $30. With two choices per starter and entree, guests can choose from dishes like white truffle oil-infused Cauliflower Soup and slow braised Leg of Lamb with red wine cream. Classic Italian Tiramisu for dessert ends the evening on a sweet note.
